Morejon and Casal entered pleas of nolo contendere specifically reserving their right to appeal the denial of their motion to suppress. Thereafter the trial court adjudicated both appellants guilty of trafficking in cannabis in violation of section 893.135, Florida Statutes (1981), and entered a three-year minimum mandatory sentence with respect to each defendant.
