OPINION

FENDER, Chief Justice.

Appellant, Michael Wayne Lang, was convicted by a jury of burglary of a habitation (V.T.C.A. Penal Code, § 30.02) and sentenced to seven years confinement in the Texas Department of Corrections.

We affirm.
