Daniel Realty Corporation (Daniel) brought this suit to recover commissions allegedly due it upon termination of its real estate management contract with Morris Avenue Corporation (Morris Avenue). The defendants other than Morris Avenue were the purchasers of the building which Daniel managed under the contract.
