William Bowman was hired by Victor E. Coursey, Jr. to design various buildings, among them a warehouse to be located in Jefferson Parish, Louisiana. Bowman filed suit against Coursey, V E C Corporation and Lake Sherwood, Inc. for payments allegedly due him on an open account.
