PER CURIAM.

Respondents appeal as of right the termination of their parental rights as ordered by the Jackson County Probate Court on April 29, 1982.

Daphne Bailey was born to appellants, both mentally retarded adults, on May 2, 1981. She had several congenital abnormalities, including a heart defect and a cleft lip. She was microcephalic and mentally retarded. On July 6, 1981, Daphne was removed from the custody of appellants and taken to a hospital for examination...
