Plaintiff appeals the grant of summary judgment on two elements of her claim for damages.

Plaintiff sued defendant for damages for breach of an alleged implied employment contract. The trial court granted a summary judgment for defendant on that part of plaintiff's claim requesting punitive and exemplary damages for breach of contract. It also granted a summary judgment on plaintiff's second count, a claim for damages for intentional infliction...
