Allan L. McPeak appeals from the order directing him to pay to appellee Cirou real estate rental receipts. We reverse.

Appellee Cirou's efforts to foreclose the real property in question have been before this court twice before. Cirou v. Naples Awning & Glass, Inc., 376 So.2d 929 (Fla. 2d DCA 1979); Naples Awning & Glass, Inc. v. Cirou, 358 So.2d 211
