This is an appeal from a final declaratory judgment. We reverse and remand with direction to enter judgment in favor of appellant.

Appellee was injured in a traffic accident, allegedly caused by Kelly Dana Brown, who had an auto insurance policy with State Farm Mutual Automobile Insurance Company with maximum personal bodily injury liability coverage of $10,000 for each person. Ms. Brown's father, Russell Brown, had a Success Protector Policy...
