This case comes before the court on appeal from the Municipal Court of the City of Englewood. Defendant, Dino Duva, pled guilty to driving while on the revoked list in contravention of N.J.S.A. 39:3-40 on June 16, 1983. This was defendant's second offense. The applicable portion of the Statute provides:
