MERRITT v. STATE

No. 82-663.

436 So.2d 162 (1983)

Joseph C. MERRITT, Appellant, v. STATE of Florida, Appellee.

District Court of Appeal of Florida, Second District.

March 23, 1983.

Attorney(s) appearing for the Case

Jerry Hill, Public Defender, Bartow and Allyn Giambalvo, Asst. Public Defender, Clearwater, for appellant.

Jim Smith, Atty. Gen., Tallahassee and Robert J. Landry, Asst. Atty. Gen., Tampa, for appellee.

RYDER, Judge.

Merritt seeks review of the trial court's order revoking his probation and sentencing him to prison. He also alleges that the written order of judgment and sentence, as it relates to credit for time served, erroneously differs from the oral sentence imposed by the trial judge.

We affirm the trial court's order revoking probation and the adjudication of guilt and sentence.
