MEMORANDUM
CLIVE W. BARE, Bankruptcy Judge.
The question before the court concerns the dischargeability of a judgment indebtedness. Plaintiff asserts nondischargeability under 11 U.S.C.A. § 523(a)(2)(B) (1979). Although the debtor concedes his financial statement is materially false, he insists the judgment against him is dischargeable because he did not intend to deceive the plaintiff.
