Following a bench trial the defendant, Charles Edward Thomas, was convicted of robbery and sentenced to a two-year term of probation, conditioned on serving 60 days of periodic imprisonment and paying restitution. He appeals, contending that he was not proved guilty of the offense beyond a reasonable doubt.
