Named defendants are: Jefferson Davis Bank & Trust Company (the Bank), the owner of the premises where plaintiff allegedly fell, and its general liability insurer, Zurich Insurance Company (Zurich); and, Bartley, Inc. (Bartley), a general contractor performing certain construction work on the Bank's premises at the time of the accident...
