Defendant, Jack Carson Simmons, appeals his judgment and sentence for resisting arrest. We affirm.

Defendant, a resident of Lopez Island, was arrested at his home by a San Juan County Deputy Sheriff, pursuant to an arrest warrant issued by the Clallam County District Court. Defendant initially agreed to go with the arresting officers, but subsequently asked to see the warrant. The officers told him they did not have the warrant in their possession...
