The issue common to these appeals is the trial judge's holding that the Elliott-Larsen Civil Rights Act, MCL 37.2101 et seq.; MSA 3.548(101) et seq., is unconstitutional.

In each case, the trial judge held that the act violated the single-object clause of Const 1963, art 4, § 24. The arrest record and polygraph provisions of the act were found to be nongermane to its object. In each case, the trial judge held that provisions...
