Plaintiffs Joseph Lucido, Jr., and Joseph Lucido filed a complaint against defendants Apollo Lanes and Bar, Inc. (Apollo Lanes), and Shore Lanes, Inc. (Shore Lanes). Plaintiffs alleged that Joseph Lucido, Jr. (plaintiff), then a minor, was served alcoholic beverages at Apollo Lanes on September 28, 1980, no inquiry having been made about his age.
