The Complaint alleges that the subject property, an apartment complex (consisting of 10 buildings and 120 apartments units, a swimming pool and clubhouse), is presently being improperly managed and maintained, and requests an order authorizing replacement of Defendant Imperial Management, Inc. as manager.
