The matter presently before the Court is a complaint to avoid a fraudulent transfer, wherein Trustee alleges that secured creditor's involuntary pre-petition sale of stock pledged by Debtor for less than its reasonably equivalent value constitutes a fraudulent transfer under § 548 of the Bankruptcy Code and the Pennsylvania Fraudulent Conveyance Act.
