Plaintiff commenced this action on March 24, 1980, and alleged that the Art Studio located on Van Dyke Road in the City of Warren was a nuisance pursuant to MCL 600.3801; MSA 27A.3801, in that it was being used "for the purpose of assignation or prostitution, or, for the use of prostitutes". After a bench trial which was commenced on December 16, 1980, the trial court entered an order enjoining defendants from operating the premises for those purposes...
