This appeal presents a single issue: is a judge absolutely immune from liability under 42 U.S.C.A. §§ 1981, 1983, and 1985(3) for his comments from the bench and in chambers suggesting or ordering that a party in a divorce proceeding before him have a vasectomy as a condition of a favorable property settlement?
