This is an appeal from the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Kentucky. Plaintiff-appellee White sued Jeffrey Mining Company, et al. ("Jeffrey") for infringement of claims 1, 12, and 13 of his United States Patent No. 3,524,6801 for a mining machine.
