Boston brings this timely appeal from his conviction on seven counts of extortion in violation of the Hobbs Act, 18 U.S.C. § 1951, and forty-seven counts of mail fraud in violation of 18 U.S.C. § 1341 and 18 U.S.C. § 2.1 The charges against Boston alleged that he engaged in a practice of taking "kickbacks," i.e., bribes, from sellers of equipment and supplies...
