JOHNSON, Circuit Judge:

The defendant, German Mejia was convicted of importation of cocaine hydrochloride and possession of cocaine hydrochloride with intent to distribute. 21 U.S. §§ 952(a) and 960(a)(1). He appeals from that conviction. We affirm.
