This is an appeal by the United States from a judgment of the United States Claims Court* that, under the Equal Access to Justice Act, 28 U.S.C. § 2412 (Supp. V 1981) (the Act), the appellee is entitled to attorney's fees for his successful challenge in the Court of Claims of his dismissal from civilian employment by the United States Army.
