These appeals are from the convictions of three individual defendants and a corporation on four counts of wire fraud, in violation of 18 U.S.C. § 1343 (1976), one count of transportation of the proceeds of fraud in interstate commerce, in violation of 18 U.S.C. § 2314 (1976), and one count of conspiracy, in violation of 18 U.S.C. § 371 (1976).
