The above captioned case is companion, so to speak, to U.S.A. v. Marsh, 700 F.2d 1322. However, both apellants argued separate and distinct points on appeal.

Ernie Lewis and others were indicted on one count of conspiracy to import marijuana. Lewis and Marsh were convicted by a jury and Lewis received a sentence of three years...
