In this case we consider whether the district court abused its discretion in conditionally dismissing on forum non conveniens grounds La Seguridad's suit in admiralty against Transytur, a Venezuelan ocean-carrier.1 The suit involves the loss of goods described in three bills of lading issued by the defendant's port agent, Transytur Line of Florida, Inc., in Miami, Florida.
