This appeal asks a single question:

"Is homicide by vehicle under Wyo. Stat. Section 31-5-1117(b) a lesser offense `necessarily included'[1] in the crime of aggravated homicide by vehicle under Wyo. Stat. Section 31-5-1117(a)?"
