The defendants-appellants, Ketchikan Pulp Company ("KPC") and Alaska Lumber and Pulp Company ("ALP") come before this Court alleging errors by the district court in finding a conspiracy between the defendants in violation of §§ 1 and 2 of the Sherman Act. 15 U.S.C.A. §§ 1, 2.
