This appeal involves the petition of Donald Peterson ("Peterson") to intervene in an action brought by Lake Investors Development Corporation ("Lake") against the Egidi brothers and the Egidi Development Group ("the Egidis"). The underlying lawsuit is one for breach of a real estate sales contract.
