The defendant, Larry David Turner, appeals a judgment of conviction of aggravated robbery entered on a jury verdict of guilty. We reverse.

The prosecution's evidence established the robbery of a motel and defendant's identity as the robber. Defendant did not dispute that he committed the offense.
