In 1959 plaintiff-appellant, Meridian Bowling Lanes, Inc. (MBL), purchased a parcel of land from defendant-respondent, Meridian Athletic Association, Inc. (MAA), upon which MBL built bowling lanes. MAA retained ownership of land contiguous to the MBL property.
