This is an appeal by Anthony Piccolo (Piccolo) from his jury conviction on separate counts of conspiracy to distribute, possession with intent to distribute, and distribution of cocaine. 21 U.S.C. §§ 846, 841(a)(1). The defendant here principally contends that the indictment charging him with conspiracy was impermissibly vague, which allegedly resulted in the erroneous admission of co-conspirator statements, insufficient jury instructions...
