Appellants challenge an order of the district court finding them in civil contempt of a prior order of the court and imposing a fine of $500 per day for the duration of their contumacy. We sustain the finding of contempt but vacate the sanction order and remand for entry of a statement of the purpose or purposes of the contempt sanction and findings to support the fine and such recalculation as may be required to determine the amount of the...
