Pollard appeals the district court's grant of summary judgment allowing the Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) to withhold documents Pollard sought under the Freedom of Information Act (FOIA), 5 U.S.C. § 552 et seq. On appeal, Pollard raises several issues concerning the procedures used in the district court. We affirm.
