The defendant, John Condon, appeals from his conviction for three counts of murder, 17-A M.R.S.A. § 201(1)(A) and (B) (1983), one count of arson, 17-A M.R.S.A. § 802 (1983), and two counts of theft by unauthorized taking, 17-A M.R.S.A. § 353, 362 (1983) resulting from a jury trial in Superior Court (Cumberland County).
