Jackson Brown, Jr., appeals from the district court's grant of summary judgment in favor of defendants Bob Tabb and Bob Tabb Cadillac, Inc. on his claim for copyright infringement under the Copyright Act of 1976 (the Act), 17 U.S.C. §§ 101-810 (Supp. V 1981).
