Manuel Truck & Equipment Company, Incorporated, instituted this proceeding against B.G. Hooker Petroleum Transport, Incorporated1 seeking $11,196.57 allegedly due plaintiff for construction of parking facilities for defendant's trucks. The basis of plaintiff's claim is an alleged agreement whereby plaintiff was to surface a parking area for defendant's trucks at defendant's expense.
