This is a personal injury and wrongful death action brought by Michael D. Pawlak and his parents Michael E. and Patsy Pawlak. The only defendant remaining in the suit is American Honda Motor Company, Inc. (Honda). The plaintiffs seek recovery of damages from Honda for the death of David Pawlak and for injuries received by Michael D. Pawlak as a result of an automobile-3 wheel motorcycle accident.
