CRAIN, Judge.

This is an appeal of the judgment of the trial court that denied defendant's motion to withdraw his guilty plea.

Defendant, Mitchell Ray Taylor, was charged by bill of information with having committed the crime of theft of property valued greater than $100.00 but less than $500.00 in violation of La.R.S. 14:67. This charge was amended in open court to receiving stolen things of a value greater than $100.00 but less than $500.00 in violation...
