Petitioner David C. Stranghoener appeals from the district court's1 order dismissing his petition for habeas corpus without prejudice, for failure to exhaust state remedies. Stranghoener contends that he was convicted on the basis of an involuntary guilty plea, and that he fairly presented this claim to the Nebraska courts.
