Defendant, Roy Lee Williams, was convicted of possession of a firearm by a felon and possession of a bomb in violation of LSA-R.S. 14:95.1 and LSA-R.S. 14:54.3.1 Defendant was sentenced to imprisonment at hard labor without benefit of probation, parole or suspension of sentence for five (5) years for possession of a firearm by a felon and for three (3) years for possession of a bomb. These sentences are to run concurrently...
