The Denver Firefighters Local No. 858, IAFF, AFL-CIO (Union), filed a complaint against the City and County of Denver (City) and city officials requesting injunctive relief, claiming that the defendants had breached the parties' collective bargaining agreement by refusing to submit a firefighter's grievance to binding arbitration.
