This is an appeal from the Circuit Court of Montgomery County. Grain Mart, Inc. (Grain Mart) brought suit against Eldon Tallant (Tallant), seeking damages for breach of contract and fraud. Tallant filed a counterclaim against Grain Mart and Kenneth J. Neal (Neal), President of Grain Mart, also alleging breach of contract and fraud.
