Plaintiff class brings this action and attacks the method used by defendant to calculate Aid to Families with Dependent Children ("AFDC")1 benefits. Plaintiffs also attack defendants' alleged failure to adequately notify AFDC recipients of cases involving intended actions to terminate or reduce benefits.
