Appellant raises six points on appeal to challenge a jury verdict and final judgment convicting him of attempted sexual battery, aggravated assault, and burglary with assault. The jury also found appellant guilty of kidnapping, but the trial court subsequently reduced the conviction to false imprisonment; the state cross appeals that reduction.
