This appeal arises out of a disbarment proceeding the Alabama State Bar instigated against the appellant, Warren Seymore Trammell. After conducting a full evidentiary hearing, the Disciplinary Board voted to disbar Trammell for violating four Disciplinary Rules of the Code of Professional Responsibility of the Alabama State Bar.
