Johnny L. Carter (appellee) purchased certain property which was sold by the sheriff in an execution sale to satisfy a judgment enforcing a materialmen's lien. Approximately one year later, when other judgment creditors and materialmen's lienholders sought to execute on the same property, appellee Carter filed this action against the sheriff and the other judgment creditors (appellants) to enjoin the execution sale sought by appellants.
