Willie C. McCowan appeals from his conviction in the district court1 for aiding and abetting in the unlawful acquisition of food stamp coupons in violation of 7 U.S.C. § 2024(b) (Supp. V 1981). McCowan contends on appeal that the district court erred in admitting certain tape recordings into evidence against him and, that there was insufficient evidence to sustain his conviction.
