This is an appeal from a judgment of the trial court dismissing the plaintiff's suit against defendants Gulf States Utilities (hereafter Gulf States) and Buster Giambrone.

This case arises from an accident which occurred on September 17,1978. The plaintiff, Robert Jones, was assisting in taking down a television antenna when it struck a Gulf States power line causing him to be shocked and severely injured. Jones had been employed by Rimes Wrecker...
